About Tia White

Hi, my name is Tia White. I began my acting career as a child in North Carolina at the age of 7.  I started in church plays and high school productions; winning titles for my craft.  I went on to receive a B.S. in Journalism and Mass Communications from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 2009.  

Once there, I worked on my camera presence, writing and editing skills. In college, I became an on-air radio personality for 90.1 WNAA FM and took theatre classes. In 2012, I attended John Casablanca’s school for modeling and acting.  In 2019, I started as a student with the Actors Business Institute. 

I am now available and to ready to pursue on screen and print work.

Sports: Volleyball (began at age 11), Swimming (began at age 10), Rollerblading and roller skating (began at age 8), Ice skating (began at age 16), Radio Personality (began at age 19), Videographer and editor (began at age 20), Writer of poems, songs, new scripts (began at age 12). Teleprompter reading (began at age 20).

Awards: Certificate of Completion John Casablancas 2012, 1st place in Drama NC Federation of Woman's Club, 2nd place in drama GFWC of North Carolina, INC. The arts festival, Northeastern Coastal Conference All-Conference Cheerleader, Elite Miss All American Scholarship Finalist Award Cheerleading, Best "Backpack" Journalist and WNAA 90.1 FM Certificate of Participation.
